How to create a MVC Framework controller

In my project, everything is created but a form is not working due to absence of its controller. Can anyone help me with how to create controller and link it with proper repository.

you can use scafoldding , 
1) Right click on Controller Folder
2)Add controller
3) give Controllername with suffix Controller
