How to create a MVC Framework controller

In my project, everything is created but a form is not working due to absence of its controller. Can anyone help me with how to create controller and link it with proper repository.

1-Create a Class As Controller.
2.Create a Action Like
HTTPGET
PUBLIC ActionResult MethodName()
{
return view("NameofCshtml");
}
route.config->set default action name as this method name so that application start with this page
