Compare the existing operating systems.

If you have to explain the basic but yet important differences between the operating systems to a lay man who has no understanding of any of these at all, how will you do so?

There are many changes in the new operating system as compared to the older operating system, like the person can feel reliable to use and many bugs are fixed related to the operation,also the recovery features are very useful against the shutdown of the system.
