- This company has hired me as cluster manager but directly they didn't given it to the post starting I worked as Credit Assistant for 2 month then as a branch manager worked for 3.5 months and achived the target of providing 700 loans and then After cluster manager I controlled the Overdue which was making the company into huge loss presently portfolio at risk is been reduced and developing the company business.
