- To interact with customers, most of whom are from a rural-agricultural background. I create and manage profiles of flagmarked loans and accounts for my own ease, do on-field meetings and then follow up meetings and I like it the most. I am learning other skills and programs suitable for an employee of my cadre.
- I meet new people daily, enjoy talking with them about their account's performance and consistency. Five people from three different villages have come on my call to regulate their KCC and other loan a/c. They say they will only come if one of my colleagues or I am present at the branch to help and guide them. All my colleagues are helpful and guide me with love and support.
