Regarding Emission Gases(CO,CO2 & HC)

I need your help how can I control these emission gases in %age or ppm like in auto Rikshaw or other type of vehicles. Standards for these gases are below. CO < 6% HC < 600 ppm. please suggest.

  request government to have high quality of fuel, with less mixture of sulphur. it's all about Politics.

  either you can use catalytic converter or uria based emmision controll sys.
