  • Products in the Creo suite are distinguished by their level of functionality.whereas Product's in CATIA are distinguished by the industries they serve. And creo's licence is less expensive than CATIA licence.

  • CATIA is for massive and large scale. Creo is ideal for small scale and analysis. ... CATIA can be used for small prototype level design and CREO can be used for large scale assemblies (with some difficulty). CATIA is a software from Dassault Systemes

  • Basically both are computer aided design softwares which are used for the modelling purposee.

CATIA : This is designed and progrmmmed by DASSAULT systems. this is well known for its surface modelling techniques and tools. the surface modelling workbech has wide space to perform nubber of actions and development for modelling the required surface. But CATIA has number of specific tools which makes the user interface and the window more bulky.

PTC CREO: This is also modelling software. Part modelling is best carried out in creo. The toolbars and the user friedly scrren is highlights of creo.

It is upto individual how often he use this software and which skills he has. Also the result which is expected need to consider In respect of this one can choose any of this software.
