• Managing windows 2003 / 2008 Servers. • Monitoring application health and report application errors, bugs and Monitor system errors / event logs on servers. • Ensuring highest uptime for customers in SaaS environment. • Monitoring the schedule task run, ensuring the schedule task completed successfully. • Use SQL server / IIS to setup and deploy production websites. • Troubleshoot system / app issues on database and app servers. • Doing the acceptance test after the database build number upgradation to ensure the product functionality. • Good knowledge on AWS handling S3, RDS, ELB, EC2 and IAM. • Quickly adapting to any changes in the process.
