How to perform better on stage ?

How one can start performing on stage by overcoming the stage fear,feel comfortable with audience on stage,properly making eye contact and body language?

When you are giving any seminor or any information, don't care about others and feel like " they don't know anything ". Don't feel like " If I went to mistake they will laugh at me". Let them laugh , what will happen. Failures are stepping stones. Practice , Practice and Practice. Then you will get success.
