How one can start performing on stage by overcoming the stage fear,feel comfortable with audience on stage,properly making eye contact and body language?

The first and foremost requirement to address an audience is that you should know your topic/subject thoroughly. Great understanding of the subject carries the speaker through the verbal flaws, fumbling with words and inappropriate grip on the language you are delivering your talk or lecture in.
