How to speak confidently in front of HR

As I am not able to tell more words as they expected.. And that's the big issue I lost my Confident there

To be confident firstly u should go to the interview place before it's actual timing and drink some water before facing the interview and answer the questions just the way u answer to ur teachers or assuming him as a human being only coz sometimes u got afraid of him coz he is going to hire u n keeps the fear in ur mind that's it
