• The battle of Mahabharata was fought for 18 days.This war was fought between kaurav and pandav.Mahabharata war was happened on the land of Kurukshetra(region in punjab).Reason for war was that kaurav taken all property from pandav through illegal way with the help of Maternal uncle of kaurav's shakuni in chopat game.After that kaurav insulted the draupati(wife of pandav) in front of everyone.God Krishna taken the side of pandav and to establish the dharam(religion),Shri krishna encourage them for war.Pandav killed all member of Kaurav's side and take region of Hasthinapur(Now delhi) under him.Yudhistar became the king of Hasthinapur.
