Stream Delivery Service
Sending and Receiving Buffers
Bytes and Segments
Full Duplex Service
Connection Oriented Service
Reliable Service

DHCP use UDP services.
SMTP use UDP and TCP both services but most of orgnization use TCP.
HTTP can run over TCP and SCTP but not over UDP.
TFTP use UDP/IP protocal.
