INR 15 = 15 toffees bought = 15 wrappers = 5 extra toffees
Again, 5 extra toffees = 5 wrappers, 3 wrappers given to shopkeeper = 1 toffee bought = 1 wrapper
Now 5 wrappers - 3 wrappers = 2 wrappers + 1 wrapper = 3 wrappers = 1 toffee bought.
