For proper development of Rural Areas, first of all, we have to reach practically/physically in rural Areas (para) for Participatory Learning and Application (P.L.A.) because people of that area knows much more than us, so we have to draw the development plan discussing with them, and the plan should be balanced in all respect of that area (village) like rice, wheat, chicken, fish, mutton, vegetable, edible oil, fruits, and many more. so that they can manage their basic needs within their area. Govt. already providing various facilities like IAY, MGNREGA, and many others, what we have to do is we have to use all these schemes in a positive way so that we can make some fixed assets like cultivatable field, pond, road for communication and many more. We also form SHGs as per need to work as per plan. If such work will run at least two year then people also can feel that something is going on now for their development, their level of participation will increase now. This time we can go for cottage industry, and that should be based on 10 villages or whichever is perfect. And here the capital will also come from the below SHGs. Then one by one other field will also come. But first of all two years we need.
