There is a theory that the origin of very high energy neutrinos in cosmic rays might be in quasars, which are believed to be caused by supergiant black holes in the center of high redshift galaxies, which are absorbing matter at a very high rate (a process that is sometimes called feeding in the popular accounts). So, not exactly “feeding galaxies” but feeding central supergiant black holes in galaxies might be major sources of very high energy neutrinos in the universe.
