    Basics of Chemical/Process Engineering.
    Environmental Engineering can be in multiple fields like Solid waste management, water supply and waste water Treatment, Air Pollution and control. Also, a specific industrial profile can be developed in Environmental Impact Assessment and Protection.

    So, It’s the branch of the future and has immense potential and the scope is increasing year on year (with the increased awareness on consequences of environmental aspects among the people ).
    With so many environmental laws being put into action around the world, nearly every municipality, industry, company needs good environmental engineers to help in safeguarding the environment.

    Environmental engineering has a bright future in India,due to major projects such as ‘Clean India’ by prime minister (Mr. Narendra modi). Though short term advantages aren't much, your attempts to excel this field would definitely make world a better place, literally!
