How to make pre-dated entries in Tally

What are the transaction would come into pre-dated entries..,

  • You can record post dated transaction in Tally. If you want to record advance receipt or payment in Tally which you want to adjust with future sales/purchase then you can record record payment/recept in with advance reference. or if you want to record the transaction in back dated then you can give the previous date in transaction by pressing f2 and record the transaction. If your query is different then revert us with details query.
