How team works together if the team leader is not playing an effective role?

Do you think working under a team leader sometimes becomes negative as they don't let you shine more than themselves?

Abviously yes! But as a team leader he should not give a change to team members to think that they are working under his leader, a leadership quality is to create a comfort zone to his team so that without any partiality and leader has to give opportunity to team to cm up with own ideas... It should be a team work but not working under team or working under leader... Leader is only to guid but not to order if he order definitely it would be a pressure to work under team leader... And the main thing leader should know one thing..people will not do what we say, people will do what we do... This is the team sld wrk
