How team works together if the team leader is not playing an effective role?

Do you think working under a team leader sometimes becomes negative as they don't let you shine more than themselves?

Your Answer

If team leader do not take an initiative then no team member will move forward to take initiative. Sometimes team leader will not allow team members to take an initiative because he dislikes his team members to be shined more than him.
