What is the difference between "Business Analytics" and "Business Analysis"?

I see these terms being used interchangeably but understand them to be different. Are they different - if so, why? Are they same - if so, why? Which one does a Business Analyst conduct?

    Business Analysis is the study of business activities, problems and solutions, typically within a single organisation?

    Business Analytics is the study of business activities, problems and solutions, typically outside of a single organisation?
