Can I join car design program after B.tech in M.E.?

I pursuing B.tech 3yr M.E. and want to be a car designer so please guide me.

  Yes, you can.
  
  Basically you can join mtech program in machine design after completing your graduation/BE/Btech. Most of colleges provides this postgraduation program. 
  
  Or you can join automotive design course by qualifying the NID (National institute of design) where you will come across the graphical degin of car on paper. i.e. Concept cars
  
  Or you can join CATIA wireframe design corse which will enhance our car modelling skills in CAD softwares.
