if its an analog alarm clock and old fashioned but remember old fashioned alarm clocks also had am and pm settings bcz you think that digital have am and pm settings so digital will go off after thirteen hours whereas analog wont so your answer to the question will be false bcz analog without am pm settingy will go off at when the clock stikes 7, after 1 hour of setting the clock but some analog clocks though ther expensive and had to be put on walls had am pm settings made by very expensive swiss companies. those clocks had spring winding system those clocks will go after 13 hours. you mights have seen analog wrist watches with am and pm settings with no digital tech even giving pressure readings. movable dials.
so the answer to your question as your knwledge suggests is not clear.
go through the history of watches.
