  • If you are a senior then the simple answer is just think of the stage when you are a fresher.Just get in to their shoes and understand them. As a senior you must give him a right advice about the way he wanted to choose. We must guide him through the course of his career and try not to force him to do something and harrase him.

  • if I were a senior official of any organisation and there was a selection of new freshers in our organisation then I would have firstly make them comfortable and I will introduce them to the members of our organisation. a fresher is a person who do not have enough knowledge how to be in a company it takes time to modify himself according to the environment. for them it's all new environment and they find it very difficult to communicate with everyone.
I will try to help them in various ways like
firstly I will talk to them and encourage them and make them understand that now they are a part of our organisation and their success is organisation success so we are a family and we all have to work together in a harmony.
secondly I will introduce them to their colleagues who will help them in doing their work it helps in making them comfortable.
thirdly I will motivate them and ask them if they have any query or what how was their first day in the organisation .

  • As a senior we must welcome our fresher with love and due care. It is important to take care of them. We should treat them as our own brothers and sisters. We should create a strong bonding with them. If we treat them with love and care then definitely we will receive the better treatment from others. It's our own duty to make them comfortable and we should also help them in their problems. We should always treat them friendly and don't let them feel alone . Ultimately it will help the freshers to be confident and will feel free.
