I would reccomend you to start learning programming language from C or C++. Beacause these languages are made for logic building and once logic is built we can easily do code in other languages by just knoowing their syntaxes.

you can start learning with any language you want to pursue. you can opt for c language since it is a basic language and would be helpful on learning new one.
