I would say words like, regression, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, R, Python, Hadoop, SQL, etc. You can participate in some online analytics competition and write about the same project in your resume. I assume you've already garnered minimum required skills, be it statistics, programming, effective communication, problem solving (you can work on good number of puzzles for this), etc. 
    Then you can expect some leads from Naukri and Indeed, if you put such things in Resume. Make sure you can answer and talk few minutes about every aspect you mentioned in your Resume to convert the lead. Also you can directly appply to the various analytics companies you know of, you can take help from google for this. Start by searching 'analytics comapnies in Chennai' and go digging
