  I think that either an individual is from eee, cse or any branch of engineering or any other stream,if he/she is showing his/her passion towards their work, the crazyness to learn something new, their willingness to work with that organization and ofcourse their communication skills and technical skills of their respective streams He/she will definitely crack the interview
