Handling and organizing the events in a most efficient manner so that there’s no room for crises is knows as management. Many others have their own selected words of definition. It all points in the same manner. Managing an event properly doesn’t mean only the involvement of labour but also each and everything requires attention. Management has its several departments such as organising department which carries out all the field work, creative department which makes sure the banners or posters or slogans needed for the event.
