How can i recruit people with skill in event management for creating my own team of event management?

  •   It is necessary to hire only those candidates who have interest in events. the beat qualities that  candidates shouls have are - confidence , imagination, creativity, knowledege and new concepts to present every event  beautifully. soo for hiring team of event management a company should for event mangement college or go for management college and take those students how have this types of skills 

  • First of all recruit those people who really interested in planing events.choose creative people who develops creative ideas and can execute them. Team leadership,punctuality,creativity these qualities helps to execute event successfully so your team will be strong if everyone has these qualities.

  • All the people in the team should have a clean picture of what the event is about. so, test the members by asking in what way they will carry out the required event in an effective way. if the answers are satisfying and creative, then the member will join the team.
