Is Reservation needed or not?

It was one topic asked for us in Group Discussion round in Campus Placement. Where there were equal discussions made on against and in favor.

Yes reservation is needed and the policies should be even made stronger .Every citizen of India is against reservation but what if the same person is born in reservation caste .in India reservation castes getting benefited only 0.03% out of 100% source:1950-2016reports one out of 1000 is getting educated from RC .5out of 10000 getting jobs there is much opportunity to other non Rc .pre independence RC people were treated very low and humiliated for more than a centuries they undergone a lot even now also if you are a RC the other superior category won't get married this is what we are we fight for no reservation and equality but what exactly we do in actions just think...........I m not RC candidate RC(reservation category) jai hindh.......
