Is Reservation needed or not?

It was one topic asked for us in Group Discussion round in Campus Placement. Where there were equal discussions made on against and in favor.

Reservation is a necessary evil. Which cannot be eliminated from the system. As the same time which had to be managed with strict policy and criteria. So that never missed the opportunity for the deserve person. Right person right opportunity.
