first thing which we see on any web page...??

what is the first thing which we see on our web page after executing the HTML page...either page fully loaded or not loaded...??

  any website will show homepage,by which we can navigate to another pages of website.
  if the page is fully loaded then it will shows homepage else it will show error page like 404,503 etc.
