How to overcome from the depression after failure and win success?

Most of the people gets hurt and feel depressed if they fail once and run out a far away from getting success which is one step away from him.

  • Stay focused on your goals and nothing else

  • Most of the people who fails in some case, maximum times they spend their attention mostly on opponent, without polishing him or her own self. So before the race they themselves loose confidence and finally really looses the race. So without knowing your own ability if you think more about your opponent and the conditions then it affects your mental condition if you fail. Again if you be overconfident before the competition that also leads you to negativity. So try to avoid those and always focus on your your skills and plan for how to go ahead and try hard to stay sill in your goal until you reach it. If you still you fail, then feel positive that you have learned where you were wrong. So now you have got an another opportunity to fix your mistakes and succeed in your mission.
