  • In case of natural convection fluid flow occures due to density differences.. While in case of forced convection flow is caused by equipment such as fan, blower etc

  • In both the conditions heat energy is transferred.

  • It is a mode of energy transfer. In both convection heat is transfered due to the movement of molecules within fluids.Faster the fluid motion ,the greater convectional  heat transfer. It may occur due to the difference in densities in a particular control volume.Energy is transfered between solid surface and adjacent layer of fluid.

  • BOTH MEADIUM ARE SAME THAT IS FLUID BY MEANS OF GAS AND LIQUID.

  • both are flow of heat from one body to other, and related to fluid and gas.

  • In both convections the heat is carried away by the help of fluid

  • atural convection, the flow is induced by the differences between fluid densities which result due to temperature changes. Forced convection uses externally induced flow, such as wind. ... Air rising because it is warm is natural convection.

  • Energy transfer due to diffusion and advection
