What are the most important data formats seenin Excel and how they are used

i was asked this in my interview for internship that the most important data format seen in excel .

I use Asap utilities toll it reduces risk and saves time, it gives shortcuts too, easily we can find and reduce errors than the normal,it only run fraction of second
