If you are beginner go for Netbeans as it provides you all the built in libraries which makes easy for you to learns and develop. And for intermediate or expert level for for Eclipse where you can customize all the things as per your requirements. But it is not necessary for intermediate and experts to develop on eclipse if you are more friendly and feels easy to use netbeans , you can develop on netbeans but make sure you take the taste of Eclipse too
