  Firstly , prepare well. I don't mean that you should mug up your content. But be sure of what you wish to talk about.Nervousness Is Normal. Practice and Prepare! 
  Secondly, keep the audience profile in mind. Knowing what your audience understands / or relates to is important.Use Humor, Tell Stories, and Use Effective Language.
  Thirdly, just be yourself. 
  And lastly, Grab Attention at the Beginning, and Close with a Dynamic End.
