How is data backup of a particular company done in Tally ERP 9?

Not expecting an answer viz. go to the tally data folder->Locate the company number and zip the file.

Your Answer

First select the company and then next step is to Alt + F3 and go to the option backup. Then go to the tally path folder and take the back up data(We should note the company number )
