Free time can be and has to be utilised in the following productive ways listed as follows-
1) Doing Exercise- Physical exercise is important for both physical and mental health.Taking a half hour after work or on a weekend can make you feel fresh and get your blood pumping. Doing exercise also increases the supply of oxygen to your brain that keeps your brain and body healthy. Doing exercise daily after work gives you a release after a day of stress. You'll also look better and feel better, which gives you greater confidence.
2) Reading- Reading is a lifelong skill, and people never stop reading new books. Whether it's fiction or non-fiction reading books gives you a better understanding of the world around you. They introduce you to new characters, new cultures, and new ideas, etc. Moreover, reading regularly helps to build your vocabulary and your sematic comprehension, giving you a greater communication skills.
3) Spend quality time with Friends and Family- If you have free time sometimes you should give this time to your near and dear ones. No matter how successful you are, you should always take care of your personal relationships. To climb the corporate ladder quickly you can't neglect your friends and family to do it.
