Responsibilities
  • Focus and commitment towards no harm to people, assets or environment.

    Make sure safe and proper working of the mine (drilling) by supervision and control as per environmental compliance.

    Ensure sufficient supply of proper materials and tools for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the operations.

    Efficiently planning, arranging and executing forthcoming BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly)

    Accountable for drilling fresh formation verticle and deviated both, lowering casing, coring, BOP pressure & function test, hermatical test, leak of test and trouble shoot all well complication.

    Instrumental in proper bit selection as per the geological reports of ongoing well and the neighboring wells for the reference.

    Accountable to all costing and keep track of inventory at well site of comsumable items like bits, casings, wellheads, liner hanger and Meshrite(provied by schlumberger) etc

    Costing and keep track for service company tools from Below Rptary Table to Above Rotary Table.

    Maintaining track of drilling complications, parameters, chemical reports and mud loggers report.

    Verifying blow out preventers and the remote control prior to each trip

    Conducting daily tool box talk & job safety analysis with all in-charge of mechanical, electrical, chemical and drilling crew prior to operations.

    Managing all documents of Rig site report, like trip sheet, kill sheet, BOP pressure test, Function test, Preventing Maintenance Report, Bit records, NPT (Non productive time) and several other related to operation.
    Commissioning & decommissioning BHEL mast (Branhum & Sky-Top E-1400HP SCR Rig) equipped with Kelly drive.
Achievements
  • Completed 6-7 wells of 3000 to 3500mtrs depth both vertical and deviated wells, out of 6 wells 2 are horizontal wells successfully done.
Trainee Engineer And Assistant Driller

Responsibilities
  • Commissioning & Decommissioning mud tanks, mud pumps (BOMCO F-1600), lowered the sub-structure, mast (ZJ 70D 2000HP SCR Rig) and transportation.

    Ensured safety rules and correct work procedures.

    Responsible for correct water levelling & marking of bottom box and all mud tanks with reference to the cellar pit.

    Efficiently planned and arranged all handling tools before each phase of drilling, casing, cementing and other relevant operations.

    Carried out drilling operation as per the approved Operators instructions and Drilling Programme.

    Accountable for operating brake of ZJ 70DBS which is equipped with joy stick & Top Drive 11SA of NOV.

    Worked on BOMCO F-1600 and HHF- 1600 Mud Pumps.

    Monitored BHA design and performance, mud engineering, casing running, pipe tallies, waste management and environmental compliance.

    Managed all documents of Rig site report, like trip sheet, kill sheet, BOP pressure and Function test.
    Handled rig site housekeeping, material arrangements and cleanness of rig equipments.

    While training passed IWCF- Driller level from ONGC IDT and learned all down hole complications as well as killing procedures and related equipments.

    Supervised tally and reports related to operations.

    Prepared material inventory, material shortage as per contract and updated regularly.

    Recorded all equipments running HRS and service dues alerts to in-charge
