TSEC of any communication product for any manufacturing/trading company is a long ,tedious and high end testing with sophisticated test equipment with BSNL GR( Generic requirement) and BSNL satisfaction. Once the TSEC of the particular product is obtained then only it gets recognition from BSNL to procure that item to use in its network.
Same testing is Microwave communication equipment for Indian Air Force under the guidance of BEL( Bharat Electronics) and monitored by BSNL officers.
