Responsibilities
  • Detailed knowledge of Corporate Document Numbering procedure and application of same during assignment new documents.
    Number assignment to project engineering documents. To provide document search, view and print guidance to ASTAD Support users.
    Analysis & query based retrieval of project engineers request for project related documents especially Medical Equipment and FF&E.
    Update in VBC Good Receipt Notes (GRN’s and by Items, Codes and room by room) for Medical Equipment & FF&E.
    Updating Medical Equipment logs for Good Installation Notes (GIN), prepare Request for inspection / Testing (RFIT).
    After RFIT’s approval prepare Request for Commissioning / Verification for all ME items and then prepare handing over certificates to end user.
    Updating Medical Equipment (ME) and FF&E each item in Attainia online system. Generating reports and forward to project managers and end user.
