    • Reviewing the requirement documents sent by the Client and components that are to be delivered to the client.
    • Preparation of Low Level and High Level design Document, Test Plans and perform testing.

It has several subsystems namely ZEUS (Member Maintenance) & PHOENIX (Plan Holder Setup) SIEBEL, Guardian Anytime and TRIDENT system, Claimfacts system. This has been customized for maintenance of Plan and Member details, rating and premium calculation, billing and accounting and applying payments, calculating agent commissions, sales rep compensations and reporting, for the Guardian Group Insurance Business.
