Currently working (Oct 2017 to current) as a backend developer in Processing team of Speedpay account. In processing we provide help in settlement of payments made by consumers through different interfaces like Internet, Extranet(CSR), IVR. 1. My role is basically to develop code to generate file which keeps record of total actuated payment to those clients from consumer. File generation will be depending upon client’s requirement like one file daily, weekly or monthly. 2. To develop crystal report which has records for each month’s actuated payment and grand total. 3. Sending emails to our consumers for payment confirmation or failure with complete reason. We also provide facilities of LETTERS,Authorization, Recurring etc.

western union speedpay is an electronic payment service which is used by approximately 400 clients in different industries to accept payments from their consumers. Consumers can pay their bills using different methods like internet, extranet, IVR. The team in which I'm working is IVR that's interactive voice response. In IVR consumers can pay their bills through phone call. Every consumers has been given unique credentials to login through phone. With the help of third party our application is being connected through phone call. Consumers only calls at toll free number and from there they are directed to their biller section through IVR. Now consumers can give their details as per prompts that are being played.

Online Doctors Appointment

Developed a website for taking online appointment of doctors using .Net framework. I used C# and sql for back end coding and HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front end coding. In this website any patient can search doctors by disease or location or by doctor's name. They can book appointment at any date when doctor sits in hospital. Admin can confirm or reject appointment as per doctor's availability at time of appointment.
