- ) The purpose of this project work is to decolorize and reduce the toxicity of some selective textile dye by using Waterborne Pathogenic bacterial culture. As we know, the textile industries are one of the biggest threats to the environment as different processes in the textile industries produce huge amount waste and waste water.
2) Microbial Species (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) is used for degradation of some Textile dyes (Rodamine B, Methylene blue, Reactive Green 19) under in vitro conditions and optimization of the factors influencing the process.
3) The attractive features of biological treatment recline in its sustainable nature, regenerative activity, insignificant or no secondary hazards and low cost.
4) The considerable experience of Bacterial Culture Plating, Streak Plate Method and Isolation of Bacterial Culture, Serial Dilution, and Bacterial Culture Screening.
