Responsibilities
  • 1.Shift production planning with respect to day, week & month schedule.
    2.4M losses to be addressed every hour and the losses to be rectified on the same day.
    3. Stage wise production output & hourly monitoring also be a responsibility.
    4.Production plan vs. Actual to be analyzed on daily basis.
    5.Planning of production to achieve dispatches against daily plan.
    6.Data monitoring on production, dispatch and vehicle utilization.
    7.Cost reduction in vehicle usage of trips/running hours. Trip sheet management in system.
    8.Dispatch plan also to be made according to customer requirement.
    9.Daily sales value and supply performance sheet preparation.
    10.Maintain buffer stock minimum of 2 days to avoid any out of stock situation.
    11.RM and BOP materials stock maintaining and planning for smooth flow of production.
    12.Analyzing line stopper causes and try immediately to eliminate it.
Achievements
  • 1.Reduce rejection quantity during welding process.
    2.Reduce line rework PPM from 40000 to 25000
    3.Achieve monthly target by reducing manpower.
    4.Reduce out of stock situation of Adient India pvt ltd by maintaining 2days buffer stock.
    5.Zero ODC receiving from customer end
    6.Minimum pending JIT calls
