Responsibilities
  • Working as an Associate Consultant (AC1) in ATOS|SYNTEL from OCT, 2018. I have exposure to Logistics and Transportation domain knowledge. Project: Working for FedEx in Application Maintenance project. As part of this project, I worked in production support for two Mainframe IMS applications. It is an L5 On-Call production support project. My responsibility in this project is to resolve the Incidents, Abends and Defects for the applications. Also, find the RCA for the reoccurring issues and made the permanent fix for it. ISPW is a tool used for the code changes and promotes the changes to the different environment. Also interacting with the client and other teams proactively for resolving the issues.
