- 1. Shell be fully accountable and responsible for all matters to security of operations in india .pursuant BCAS avsec Order No 05/2009 dated 29 october 2009 and BCAS order No.03/2010 dated 05 may 2010 and must be under intimation to BCAS.
2. Shell be physically present prior to during and after operations and when operational exigencies require.
3. Must be knowledgeable with all applicable and revalent aviation security order, legislations, regulations standerds,polices,processes and procedures and ensure that these are properly managed and implemented.
4. Ensure that all staff with security functions and responsibilities receive the training required/conducted by BCAS and maintain records.
5. Shall issued security instructions and disseminate guidelines and procedures, as appropriate to contracted security services providers. And to received and evaluate reports from them to ensure compliance to the requirements of the security programmed and the BCAS.
6. Maintain constant coordination/lesion with Airport, chief airport security officer (CASO),Airport Security Group(ASG) OR In charge of APSU,industry contracts other appropriate regulatory and applicable law enforcement agencies in india regarding aviation security concerns and ensure that the vice president Quality safety and security thru the AVP Security sub department and pal station manager
7. Report all actual or suspected acts of unlawful interference with aircraft operation to the CSO and appropriate Security authority .
8. Develop implement and manage an effective security reporting system security incident investigation and application of preventive /corrective action.
9. Planning, scheduling and roistering of security and safety personnel for general or policing duties on a 24-hour basis within the hotel premises and adjacent areas.
10. Training, instructing and guiding all security personnel regularly in order that such personnel may carry out or discharge their duties efficiently at all times.
11. Reviewing all security and safety measures, procedures, equipment and methods from time to time for protective and preventive purposes as well as to maintain efficiency and tight security & safety control.
12. Reviewing daily reports from security personnel, issuing necessary orders and counteracts unsatisfactory or irregular situations and conditions.
13. To assist the Vice President safety and security when necessary or as instructed in liaising with police and local authorities on matters of vice, gambling, theft, death, police vetting etc. and special measures and requirements for special events or functions.
14. Represents the hotel and attends monthly meetings of Police/Hotel Security Liaison Committee in discussing common problems and practices.
15. To ensure that personal files of all subordinate security personnel are kept up to date and that a proper record is maintained for their leave, personal details etc.
16. Liaise closely with all departments in matters pertaining t - MAKE A SECURITY PROGRAM FOR COMPANY
