  • • Generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management.
    • Determined required data by analyzing MS-Access databases and created customized reports.
    • Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
    • MIS & MCDO reporting by using MS Excel and MS World at Operational and Client level.
    • Mumbai Sub-Urban Season Ticket Booking Module.
    • SOFT (Scheme for Frequent Travelers).
    • E-Wallet (RDS) scheme for IRCTC users.
    • Next Generation E-Ticketing System (NGeT is designed to receive and process the data of ticket booking system created by CRIS. NGeT is an enhanced version of current booking system of IRCTC in terms of data processing capacity).
    • Migration of SOFT module from Old System to New System.
    • MIS & MCDO reporting by using MS Excel and MS World at Operational and Client level.
