INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)
? This cell is been started before 1 year around 20 colleges.
? We attended two days training program for IQAC by industrial people who have great experience in Quality Circle.
? After the training program we were a group of 8 one from each department.
• OUR FIRST PROJECT IN IQAC
? We took a project on the topic “Excess arrear clearance”.
? We had a brainstorming session among ourselves and we interacted with students of every year and every year of all departments.
? We got the problems from the student’s side.
? We found solutions for the problems and we requested it to management and management implemented the solutions.
? After the implementation of the solutions. The solution gave a success by helping students in clearing their excess arrears.
• OUR SECOND PROJECT IN IQAC
? After a great success in the first project we took the next project ”Improving placement”
? I am currently working on improving placement by identifying the problems in students.
? Also by doing research on the expectations of the industry people how students knowledge can be improved to increase placement.
I am also gathering the statistics of the placement in India and finding solutions to improve it.
